What does QCS Surface Cleanser do?
QCS Surface Cleanser is not just a cleaner. It is the perfect cleaning agent to deep clean the raw wood surface of your project after stripping it with QCS Finish Remover, but it also does much more. QCS Surface Cleanser is formulated to simply and safely prepare already finished surfaces for a new coating such as paint, clear lacquer, and many others. Our QCS Surface Cleanser formula is the perfect pre-paint cleaner when diluted 50/50 with distilled water and acts as a liquid scuff-sanding agent when used at full strength after the surface has been thoroughly cleaned with the 50/50 mixture.
IMPORTANT: When using QCS Surface Cleanser as a liquid scuff-sanding agent,
a quality primer or bonding sealer should always be used prior to the first coat of any
new coating.
